Mountain View Resources is granted staff access to ʔaq̓ am lands within Kootenay IR 1 for the purpose of completing herbicide spraying.
- July 22-23: Treatment of invasive species at Twin Lakes and Unnamed Wetland
- July 29-August 15th: Treatment of invasive species at:
a) administrative and infrastructure areas, including parking lots, building perimeters, sidewalks, and surrounding operational infrastructure (including the water tower area).
b) Airport Pasture and restoration areas, including 2025 treatment polygons and previously treated areas from 2019-2021, as well as adjacent expansion areas
c) LD Ranch Road corridor (aq’am lands only), including roadside ditches and adjacent areas within aq’am jurisdiction
