Access to Kootenay IR 1 for purpose of water treatment plant and water reservoir site civil construction work as well as upcoming water services line connections to CP properties throughout Middle Cluster Project area on reserve.
MarWest Industries Ltd. is granted access to ʔaq̓am lands forming Kootenay IR 1 for the purposes of Water Treatment Plant Site and Water Reservoir Site civil construction works as well as to various CP lands within the Middle Cluster Project area to perform civil water service line installation activities. This contractor is to use Mission Wasa Low Road for access to these lands. MarWest will be on ʔaq̓am reserve lands scheduled daily, Monday through Saturday, starting on Thursday, July 9th, 2026 to the end of March 31st, 2027. The daily crew schedule will be 6:30 AM (MT) to 5:30 PM (MT).
