FlexiNet Broadband and DHC Communications are granted access to ʔaq̓am lands forming Kootenay IR 1 for the purposes of Fiber Optic cable repairs work activities on ʔaq̓am lands specifically from Michelle Rd. to Riverside Park. FlexiNet and DHC Communications staff will be on ʔaq̓am lands on June 16th, 2026 at 2:00 PM (MT) until June 18th, 2026 at 6:00 PM (MT).
