Parents/guardians may receive a once yearly supplement of $100.00 to assist with the costs of students returning to school.
To be eligible for this supplement, the parent/guardian and/or student must be an ʔaq̓am Band member and/or be eligible to be placed on the Nominal Roll (a student who ordinarily resides on reserve).
Parents must complete the School Supply Supplement Request/Parent Contact and Release of Information form (where you may select the type of information you authorize the school to share). Information contained in these forms is required for Nominal Roll reporting, student advocacy services and for parent contact information.
