Call out to Ktunaxa / Kootenai youth… Contribute to work on the Kootenay/i watershed!
The Transboundary Ktunaxa Nation is working with the IJC(International Joint Commission) to understand water pollution and its impacts in the watershed.
Leadership and Knowledge Holders are part of this important work and are seeking youth and early career scholars who want to be involved in this study.
Topics included are:
- Water quality status and trends
- Human health and well being impacts
- mitigation activities and tools
- Ecosystem health and cumulative impacts
