TAKE NOTICE that a Referendum Vote of the Voters of ʔaq̓am pursuant to the ʔaq̓am Distribution Referendum (August 2026) Guidelines will be held on August 5, 2026, to determine if the voters of ʔaq̓am approve and assent to an immediate $50,000 distribution to all ʔaq̓amnik̓ members who are on the voter list as of August 5, 2026.
The following Ballot Question will be asked of the Voters of ʔaq̓am by secret ballot, as set out in the ʔaq̓am Distribution Referendum (August 2026) Guidelines:
As a voter of ʔaq̓am, do you:
a) Agree to provide all ʔaq̓amnik̓ members who are on the Membership List as of August 5, 2026, with an immediate distribution of
$50,000; and
b) Agree that no further Own Source Revenue (OSR) distributions will take place for 2 years or until a ratified policy is in place,
whichever comes first.
